First 5 Things to Set Up

Once you log into your admin panel for the first time, follow these 5 steps to get your platform fully ready for customers.

1. Configure Your Platform Settings

Go to Settings → Platform Settings and fill in:

• Platform name, tagline, and description
• Support email, support phone, and WhatsApp number
• Your USSD code (if applicable)

2. Upload Your Logo & Set Your Colors

Go to Settings → Theme Customization to:

• Upload your logo (PNG or SVG recommended)
• Set your primary and secondary brand colors
• Add social media links

3. Connect a Payment Gateway

Your customers need to fund their wallets. Go to Finance → API Credentials and connect PayVessel or Monnify. See the PayVessel guide for step-by-step instructions.

4. Enable Your Services

Go to Services → Service Management and enable the services you want to offer: Airtime, Data, Cable TV, Electricity, Education. Each service can be individually enabled or disabled.

5. Test a Transaction

Create a test user account on your customer platform and perform a test transaction to confirm everything is working end-to-end before announcing to customers.
